Okay so I'm sitting at home doing my bum thing, and watching copious amounts of Iron Chef on Youtube. I grew up on that shiz so well it was a good reminiscence thing. Avenue Q last night was so lovely, it was good to meet up again with Aud and Jonny and to see Chrys and Gwee (again). Seeing Aud and Jonny reminded me of the times we'd just randomly burst out into song, whether it be Avenue Q songs or random Jap songs. Times were a lot simpler back then huh. Maybe I'll say times now were a lot simpler once I hit uni or something. Its a matter of perspective I guess.

In a nod to Jonny in particular, the song of the moment is Utada Hikaru's Hikari, and her english version Simple and Clean. Still remember when we'd sing that in class together (: Sorta miss IP, but know that we can never turn back the clock to the days when we were in Torture Chamber (TC) 33. Perhaps its just a way to remind myself to appreciate whatever I have now.

Zomg Pied Piper. Tell me what day I'm going alright Chrys? Cuz honestly I have nooooo idea. Hahaaaaa. The current date count is like what, 4.5 dates right? Or something. Today was a strange day, which involved me having lunch and rewatching HSM3 with Matthew Tong on a complete whim and the two of us bopping along to all the songs cuz we already knew what was coming up and when it was coming up so hahaha yeah I pity the peeps sitting near us. Saw Gwee and Chrys and Chrys' junior at BK so it was a bit strange cuz it was like DIDN'T I JUST SEE YOU LIKE ON SUNDAY???

Well holidays have officially begun! (with the exception of PW but who gives a crap about that, especially when half the group is off prepping for mother tongue so that leaves me to go and bum) Deepavali was full of cycling and ice cream, which sort of defeated the purpose of the cycling and makes me realise I'll grow damn fat damn fast over this holiday. Oh well. Aaand surprises. Yes Deepaval was full of surprises too. (actually, one surprise, but whatever haha.) Nevermind.

Oookay so today is Tuesday, and I was woken up ten minutes before my alarm clock rang by Isaac who called me because we had a prior appointment for lunch and the bugger couldn't wait til my alarm clock rang hahaha. (pebble lubs you anyway, ruler!) So I got my arse up and went to go have lunch (Subway!) and let him take unglam shots of me on his phone and then to the lubrary and then he had to rush off to school cuz the teacher noticed his ponstar status. Hurhur I wanna go to poly too, head in one hour late for a lesson and no one cares hahaha. So I went home to sleep til like six because its not healthy to wake up so early when you slept at 4:30am last night (Han Lin was online in Spain and was like OMG WHY AREN'T YOU SLEEPING).

Also, don't forget intermittent smses from Matthew Tong wanting to book me for tomorrow. Which reminds me I have to go and prac for the OP prac on Thursday before I die in front of the world soooo.... AHHH. Also, H3. Zomgz. I have no idea what I wanna propose, and the proposal is everything cuz its part of the bloody selection process, and ARGH! (not to mention my E, dammit) Need to go pick Mysti's brain, maybe.

Okay life's alright I guess (: Better than if I had mother tongue of course. Wheeee flies off.

Went out with Gwee and Chrys today an it was lovely. Also didn't realise that a TON of AC people hang out at the City Hall area on Sundays because we saw two different groups of our friends, as well as two teachers. How lovely.

The main event was at Esplanade library where we watched 10 Things I Hate About You, which is a romcom remake of Shakespeare's Taming Of The Shrew, and it was from 1999 and featured poor dead Heath Ledger who really looked quite yummy in the movie, I must add. I wish he wasn't dead. He's really really brilliant, and I'm not saying that just because he's hot, or just because of that whole Joker role, but its like a culmination of everything. He's really just brilliantttt.

Julia Stiles did an awesome job too. Star of the show, seriously. She has the snark I'd like to have, and I bet she was the coolest teen on telly back then. (: Also, they have this cool poetry thing which I found really sweet, and also Chrys and I sorta think Miss Miley Cyrus stole the idea for her 7 Things song, because its so damn similar. Its the whole I-hate-you-but-actually-wait-I-don't-I-just-hate-that-I-love-you things. It was very apt, and I felt so fluffy after that. Chrys knows, I was crawling all over her hahaha. (Yeah I'm terrible to sit next to in romcoms, I crawl on people during the romantic bits and squee all over them. Not cool. xD) But here's the quote! The context is they had to rewrite a Shakespearean sonnet for their own.

Wheeeeee last day of school! Did my first announcement during assembly, and personally I was feeling really nervous and I think I screwed a bit of it up but well most people said it was pretty good so either they have low standards or I have high standards, or something along the lines of that. Ahhhhhh.

Anyway school wasn't anything much, so we just bummed around and did nothing until after school when Hwee Stick Deb Nitta and I went to Cine to watch HSM3 and it didn't let us down, it was really happy and feelgood and left me buzzing most pleasantly.

Okay Han Lin is now one hour and 15 mins (approx) into his flight to Spain and I'm so so jealous because I've PW and CCA and H3 stuff to beat off with a stick (no, not you, stick. i meant an ACTUAL one haha) before I can fly off to Turkey on 8th Nov. Not to mention typing out my GP essay to be posted on LMS. (like o.O the GP Dept must be off their rocker. I mean...me??? Gee. They must be really out of people haha. Plus they spelt my name wrong in the letter. I don't like people who spell my name wrongly.)

Come to think of it, H3 proposals are only due 14th so I will have to plan and be obscenely anally early about my submission because by time I come back it will be past the deadline. Thats assuming I actually get my H3 after proposing because I must also realise that despite my H3-able grades for all my other subjects, I have a disgustingly ugly E marring my perfect report card. Oh well at least it all balances out somehow. (Not bad for someone who didn't really study actually. Whoooo.)

But enough about school. Although school is the only thing on my mind now, ESPECIALLY CCA OMFGWTFBBQ but I must also remember there are other things to life and school is not the only thing that my world should revolve around. However, tillater, I am unable to talk about anything but school because its crawling up my ass with shit to do despite it being after promos. Whoever said after promos would be fun ought to be shot. ASEAN thingum in the CPA today, and I was actually quite a happy girl. It is not just because of my new phone (Samsung P520. Google it, its so sexy) but also because today was such a lovely bum day that no bum day could've been better. Of course, after the ASEAN thing we had an Arts Council meeting which was rather lovely actually. (okay not really. kind of. maybe. perhaps. deb thinks i should speak up more.)

Oh promo results are out and I passed everything despite not really studying very hard (although some passes were not very good but heck) so yay I'm relatively content. Now its time to concentrate on PW and CCA stuff, along with my haircut tomorrow whoohoo.

Well, I just remembered something. After Open House, I recall hopping on a 74 and then a 156 to have my dinner at J8 alone because everyone else was busy packing for CCAAB. (for the record, I got home later and packed faster than everybody else, less than an hour!) On the 156, I happened to see Glock Boy and it was such a pleasant surprise so I just snuck a few glances over every now and then. It was one of those "you don't know me but you make me so happy" moments (those are lyrics, by the way). Reminded me of the old times when things were simpler.

Headed back to school today to pick up $$ from Aud and Jonny and got really warm welcomes from Nush/Aud/Jonny/Gwen/Arthi/LJ and even the canteen noodle stall auntie/Ms Selva/Mr Heah stopped to chat for a bit. So thanks guys, I hope I made your day because you sure as heck made mine. (Nush says I'm more"demure". Hurrr, lol.)

I really miss 03.

Hello I'm back from CCAAB, which ended on Sunday but I'm only bothering to blog now because I have decided to finally get my bum down to doing it hahaha. I won't write down what happened during CCAAB as who knows if juniors might come and see this and then the game will be up. After all, its not fun if they already know so I shall keep it a secret. Suffice it to say that it was the highlight of my October.

Thatcher was my group, and it consists of Hairul, Ernest, Han Lin, Zijian, Brian, Gareth, Chun Hsiang, Yoshi, Weiru, Lydia, Jiayi, Lidya, Yan Lin, Wanxiang, Christine, Mr Sim and (Mr) Alex Lim. These bunch of people are really truly absolutely the most wonderful bunch of people ever and really although CCAAB was quite Meh at the start but they were the people who really made my life bearable through all the crap we had there and we had fun together! Special mention goes out to my newfound group during Operation Dodo Bird (Jem Ho, Wilson, Gilbert and Marconi) who made my night so enjoyable as we walked around with our unbeatable team like we owned the place. Also to my loves Paulie, Chrys, Isa and the rest of the AH bunch at CCAAB, thanks for being there and offering a familiar face to squee over and be friendly with.

However, all good things have to come to an end, and we had our graduation dinner and got our shiny rectangular badges. Whatever it is, its not just a shiny rectangular badge anymore, not just for showy purposes. It means something now, something intangible, and the pride I have in it because I have truly earned it is indescribable.

School is getting annoying with PW and life and I love AH but sometimes ugh I miss CCAAB so much. The admin gave me a loser break today dammit. Even during damn free post promo periods, I get my loser break. Dammit, and I had to man the CIP booth for ages while everyone harked off for lessons, which I wouldn't have minded only if I didn't have the urge to erm visit the loo halfway and had to control it. Yes that is what pissed me off. I don't mind loser breaks or manning the booth alone but ARGH trying to control my bits was reaaaally annoying. Thanks to Gilbert and Christine for finding me halfway and keeping me company! Although no thanks to Gilbert for painting my hand redblueyellow. Rawr (:

Had Mamma Mia with Hwee yesterday, and House Bunny with Nitta today, Han Lin is amazed with the amount of movies I watch. Heck, I myself am surprised. I call it kinda like of those things where you're sort of like on death row (results out this fri) and you wanna have that last meal before you die. Yeah, sort of.

Feel very happy whenever I see the CCAAB people in school nowadays. The most sightings belong to our friends Han Lin, Gilbert, Wilson and Yoshi. Maybe cuz they like to hang round the void deck and the CIP booth happens to be in the candeck. I'm more of a candeck/canteen person myself so...haha. Exploitation (BUY STUFF FROM MY BOOTH) commences shortly after a sighting x)

Lit on Monday, so raped zomgz I don't know jack shit about Donne. Celebrated the sort of end to promos today at TCC with Chrys, Hwee and Joe and that was really fantastic I had such a wonderful time. Geog and Math are tomorrow and Tiff is beyond fuxed for both. I can't answer half the damn questions in the PEPER (no, don't ask about the gay name) revision for Physical Geog, and I haven't touched Human Geog at all (I will, eventually. Just poke it a little, not touch it fully) and I haven't done a single speck of Math. Neither have I actually looked at the revision package for Human Geog.

Yes you heard me. Its my H1 Math promotional exam tomorrow and I have not touched a Single Speck of Math. Instead I'm online blogging and watching I Survived a Japanese Gameshow. God, where are my priorities!
