Have not eaten anything all day, other than water and a can of red bull. Weighed myself a few hours ago, lost 1.5 kg. Just weighed myself, lost another 1 kg. Have lost 2.5 kg alone today just by not eating!!! (Have to have dinner later though. Maybe in 1.5 hours?) 2.5 kg left to lose until I get back to the weight I once was when I left S'pore for the UK. Assuming I don't put the 2.5 kg I lost today back on after dinner... which is highly likely actually. ): ): ):
Reason why I'm not eating/why I'm drinking red bull? 3000 word essay due tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. It is 8:30 pm here, I am sifting through the fourth of six books from the library for quotes, and I am at ~1800 words. Go me.
